Build
a database of facts about the educational experience of Black people in U.S.
public and private schools and higher education institutions, based on their
records, accounts and reports.

Compile data from public records and published research to document the
educational status and experience of African American people, as students,
parents, and educators.

Disseminate to African American parents and students and o policy makers of
all ethnic groups the findings of research from scholarly journals and from
our own analyses.

Publicize
and support exemplary education programs.

Develop, implement, and evaluate innovative education programs, based on
research and culturally affirming practices.

Create
a pool of retired educators and others to provide academic support to
students, parents, and professional educators.
